What we do

IGUA provides a coordinated and effective public policy and regulatory voice for its Members. IGUA has become the recognized voice representing the industrial user of natural gas before regulatory boards and governments at both the provincial and national levels.

IGUA also participates in a number of industry advisory and working groups which influence the direction of government, regulatory policy and commercial developments. These groups address supply, transportation, distribution, marketing, operational and other commercial and regulatory issues that have a significant business impact on industrials use of natural gas.
